Hurricanes 13U 8, Shoreline Hammerheads 4

The Hurricanes saw a fifth inning 5-0 lead evaporate down to a lone run but with some clutch relief work from Tyler Rowe and some late lively bats they were able to hold on to top the Shoreline Hammerheads 8-4.  Hamden received a three hit and three RBI night from James Michaud who doubled twice.  They also got two hit nights from Trevor Brandi, Kyle Brennan and Tyler Rowe.  With the two hits, Brennan extends his hit streak to 9 games.  Tamir March worked four scoreless innings, scattering two hits to earn the win.  Hamden is back in action Saturday for a double header with the CT Tides.
