Wolcott Storm 11, Hurricanes 1
Hamden lost for the first time in almost a month when they fell to the Wolcott Storm (5-0) Monday night 11-1 at the Sportsplex. Hamden received hits from only Avery Shugrue, Damon Savenelli and Kwadir McIntyre. Hamden was charged with five errors and struck out 11 times at the dish dooming them in this one. They will attempt to bounce back Saturday at 4 pm when they take on the Clinton Hounds (5-3) at Legion Field in Hamden.
